Order Changes & Cancellations
As all products at The Booksphere are made to order, we begin processing your order promptly to ensure timely delivery. In case you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist. However, once the item(s) have gone into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the fit or fabric. We strongly recommend reviewing all product descriptions and sizing details carefully before placing your order.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, mistaken, or with a printing / embroidery issue, we will promptly resolve it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing the following information:
– Your order number
– A brief description of the issue
– Clear photos of the item and the affected area(s)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement product or issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving it's approval will not be accepted.
Refunds Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds.
