At The Booksphere, all our products are made to order. We are dedicated to producing each item with care and ensuring its timely delivery. Below, you’ll find a detailed overview of our shipping policy.
Fulfillment Times
Our typical order processing and fulfillment time is 2–5 business days. This includes preparation, printing or embroidery, and packaging of your item(s). Once your order is fulfilled, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Fulfillment times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Shipping Times
After fulfillment, shipping generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

We ship to all countries within the European Union.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates depend on the type and quantity of the item(s) in your order:
- T-shirts & Accessories: €3.99
- Sweatshirts & Hoodies: €5.99
- Free shipping is automatically applied when you purchase 2 or more items.
Please note that orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately.
Customs & Import Fees
EU Orders (except Ireland): As we ship from within the EU, orders delivered to all EU Member States (except Ireland) are guaranteed to be duty-free and will not incur any customs charges or additional taxes.
Orders sent to Ireland: In some cases, depending on item availability and to provide the quickest delivery times, orders destined for Ireland may be fulfilled via our UK regional partner. For this reason, please note that if you're ordering from Ireland, your purchase may be subject to local import duties and/or additional taxes (such as VAT and carrier handling fees). These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the BookSphere checkout total.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
