We recommend measuring a sweatshirt you already own that fits you well (laid flat) and comparing it to our chart:

Length (A): Measure from the top of the shoulder (beside the collar) to the bottom of the sweatshirt.
Width (B): Measure across the chest (from armpit to armpit).
Sleeve (C): Measure from the center of the back neck, across the shoulder, until the hem of the sleeve.
